摘 要:为解决储油库VOCs的污染问题,深入分析了油气回收技术和油气处理技术的基本原理并对其适用性进行研究,结合储油库的VOCs排放工况特点,选择应用液氮深冷技术和机械冷凝+吸附技术作为储油库VOCs治理工艺。综合对比分析处理效果、排放浓度、运行成本、设备维护保养等关键运行指标,认为液氮深冷技术和机械冷凝+吸附技术均能够达到国家排放标准,如果有较大的氮气使用需求,液氮深冷技术能够节约运行成本。通过实践验证了液氮深冷技术和机械冷凝+吸附技术应用于储油库VOCs治理的可行性,对储油库VOCs治理技术的工艺选择具有指导作用。To solve the pollution problem of VOCs in oil storage depot,analyze deeply the basic principles of oil and gas recovery technology and oil and gas treatment technology and study the applica-bility.Based on the characteristics of VOCs emissions for oil storage depot,the liquid nitrogen deep coolant technology,mechanical condensation and adsorption technology are selected as the VOCs treatment processes for oil storage depot.The key operational indicators containing treatment effective-ness,emission concentration,operating costs,and equipment maintenance are comprehensively compared and analyzed,and it is believed that the two technologies can meet the national emission standards.If there is a significant demand for nitrogen usage,the liquid nitrogen condensation technolo-gy can save operating costs.The feasibility of applying liquid nitrogen condensation technology and me-chanical condensation and adsorption technology to VOCs treatment in oil storage depot has been veri-fied through practice,which provides guidance for the process selection of VOCs treatment technology in oil storage depot.
