基于碳排放的站场加热炉节能降耗研究

摘  要:加热炉运行状态的差异性直接决定着油田的经济效益和节能效果。以实测数据为基础,分析加热炉过剩空气系数、热负荷、排烟温度、炉体外表面温度、炉膛内压等参数变化对热效率及碳排放量的影响,并对加热炉的减排潜力进行了分析。结果表明:过剩空气系数越大、排烟温度越高、炉体外表面温度越高、炉膛内压越大,碳排放量越大,影响碳排放量的主控因素为负荷率、排烟温度和过剩空气系数;待评价加热炉中只有30%的加热炉运行状态良好,无需采取减排措施,按照节能评价值、限定值核算,分别存在103.67 tCO_(2)、32.97 tCO_(2)的减排潜力,改造后预计全年可节约燃气费用162万元。The difference of the operating state for heating furnace directly determines the economic benefit and energy conservation effect of oilfield.Based on the measured data,the influences of the parameter changes of excess air coefficient,heat load,exhaust temperature,furnace surface temperature,furnace pressure and other parameters on thermal efficiency and carbon emission have been analyzed,and the emission reduction potential of heating furnace have been analyzed.The results show that the larger the excess air coefficient is,the higher the exhaust temperature is,the higher the surface temperature of the furnace is,and the greater the pressure in the furnace is,the greater the carbon emission is.Moreover,the main controlling factors affecting the carbon emission are the load rate,exhaust temperature and excess air coefficient.In addition,in the heating furnace to be evaluation,only 30%are in good running condition,and there is no need to take emission reduction measures.According to the calculation of energy conservation assessment value and limited value,the emission reduction potential is 103.67 t CO_(2) and 32.97 t CO_(2) respectively.After the transformation,the cost of annual fuel gas is reduced by 1.62 million yuan.
