摘  要:针对三甘醇脱水装置尾气排放环节存在的非甲烷总烃排放量(NMHC)不符合大气污染物排放控制标准的问题,以某气田A集气站为例,通过对现有装置的调研、分析,综合东北高寒地区温度影响等外部因素,以及企业降本增效的内部需求,基于现有三甘醇脱水装置开展优化改造,装置增加引射器、空冷器、循环泵等装置对精馏柱尾气进行治理。通过一段时间的试运行应用,该改造能够有效实现尾气处理达标,同时该技术对策在设备维护、降低能耗等方面具有一定的实践意义。Since the non-methane total hydrocarbon emissions(NMHC)in the tail gas emission of the triethylene glycol dehydration unit don’t meet the requirements of the air pollutant control stan-dard,the existing unit have been researched and analyzed,taking A gas gathering stations as an exam-ple.By integrating external temperature factors in the alpine region of Northeast China and integrating internal needs containing cost reduction and efficiency enhancement in the enterprise have been carried out based on the existing triethylene glycol dehydration unit.The pressure boosting injection recovery device like adding pilot injector,air cooler,circulating pumps and other devices have been controlled the tail gas of distillation column.Through a period of trial operation and application,the modification has not only achieved the standard of tail gas treatment,but has had a practical significance in the as-pects of equipment maintenance and energy consumption reduction.
