摘 要:在我国双碳背景下,利用CCUS技术是提高油田采收率、降低能耗和碳减排量的重要手段。为实现CCUS技术的广泛应用,在梳理状态方程、水力模型和热力模型的基础上,探讨了不同杂质含量对气液相平衡、流体物性、压缩和级间冷却能耗、沿程压力及沿程温度的影响。结果显示,混入H2后形成的气液两相区最为宽泛,H_(2)对各项物性参数的影响较大,H_(2)S对各项参数的影响较小;N2和O_(2)会导致工艺总能耗降低,H_(2)S存在时工艺总能耗从54081 kW增加至54910 kW;杂质的摩尔含量越大,对压降的影响越大;除H2S,其余杂质的加入均对管输温降影响较大,且杂质的摩尔含量越大,对温降的影响越大。研究结果可为CCUS管道输送的设计和安全运行提供理论指导。In the context of double carbon in our country,using CCUS technology is an important means to improve oil recovery,reduce energy consumption and emission reduction.In order to realize the wide application of CCUS technology,on the base of sorting out equation of state,hydraulic model and thermal model,the effects of different impurities on the gas-liquid equilibrium,fluid phys-ical properties,compression and inter-stage cooling energy consumption,the pressure along the path,the temperature along the path has been discussed.The results show that under certain tempera-ture and pressure,the density and viscosity will change abruptly,and the specific heat capacity will in-crease first and then decrease with the increase of pressure.The gas-liquid two-phase zone formed by mixing H2 is the broadest,H2 has a greater influence on various physical properties parameters,and H2S has a lesser influence on various parameters.N2 and O_(2) will reduce the total energy consumption of the process,and the total energy consumption will increase from 54081 kW to 54910 kW when H2S exists.The larger the molar content of impurities is,the larger the effect on pressure drop is.Except for H2S,the addition of all impurities has a large effect on the temperature drop of pipe transportation.The greater the molar content of impurities is,the greater the effect on the temperature drop is.The re-search results can provide theoretical guidance for the design and safe operation of CCUS pipeline trans-portation.
