摘 要:为进一步提高某大型再生水厂热水解-厌氧消化系统产沼气能力,探索新技术、新设备联合应用的可行性,研究采用平均运行功率3~5 kW,频率为20~40 kHz的大功率一体式超声设备,分别测试不同功率、不同反应时间下超声处理后污泥泥质及产气情况变化。结果表明,随着超声强度增加,污泥絮体破碎效果逐渐变强,能够有效释放胞内有机物;在一定功率和时间超声处理下,污泥SCOD及VFAs有明显上升趋势,但随着时间的增加,浓度逐渐降低;超声处理后,厌氧消化小试产气量较空白组分别提升10%、5%及6%,CH_(4)、CO_(2)组分占比均无明显变化,H_(2)S浓度有明显降低,产甲烷菌丰度有所提升;工程测试结果表明,超声协同处理后的消化池产气量在300 m^(3)/tDS的基础上提升6.78%,硫化氢浓度降低30%,产甲烷菌丰度有所提升。In order to further improve the biogas production capacity of the thermal hydrolysis anaerobic digestion system of a large recycled water treatment plant and explore the feasibility of combining new technologies and equipment,this study used a high-power integrated ultrasonic equipment with an average operating power of 3~5 kW and a frequency of 20~40 kHz to test the changes in sludge quality and gas production after ultrasonic treatment under different power rates and reaction times.The results show that as the ultrasound intensity increases,the crushing effect of sludge flocs gradually becomes stronger,and it can effectively release intracellular organic matter;Under certain power and time ultrasound treatment,the SCOD and VFAs of sludge showed a significant upward trend,but the concentration gradually decreased with increasing time;After ultrasonic treatment,the gas production of anaerobic digestion small-scale trial increased by 10%,5%,and 6%compared to the blank group,respectively.There was no significant change in the proportion of CH_(4) and CO_(2) components,but the concentration of H_(2)S decreased significantly,and the abundance of methane producing bacteria increased;After ultrasonic synergistic treatment,the gas production in the digestion tank increased by 6.78%on the basis of 300 m^(3)/tDS,the hydrogen sulfide concentration decreased by 30%,and the abundance of methane producing bacteria increased.
