摘  要:污泥热值是污泥焚烧工艺的首要影响因素,但在某些特殊情况下,污水处理厂产生的污泥热值水平较低,对项目运行产生极大影响。以盐城市区污泥集中处置项目调试期间,鼓泡流化床焚烧炉焚烧低热值污泥为例,通过对存在的问题进行分析,采取加强流化风、增加冷渣机、增加焚烧炉上部燃烧器、优化前端污水厂相关工艺等改进措施,工程实现了低污泥热值、高处理负荷下的稳定运行,且烟气稳定达标排放。The sludge calorific value is the primary influencing factor for the sludge incineration process.However,under certain special circumstances,the sludge calorific value generated by the sewage treatment plant may reach a low level,which has a significant impact on the operation of the project.During the commissioning period of the centralized sludge disposal project in Yancheng City,the calorific value of sludge incinerated in a bubbling fluidized bed was at a low level.Through analyzing the existing problems,improvement measures such as strengthening fluidization air,adding slag coolers,adding burners on the upper part of the incinerator,and optimizing relevant processes of front-end wastewater treatment plant were taken.The project achieved stable operation under low sludge calorific value and high treatment load,and the flue gas was steadily discharged up to standard.
