摘 要:2022年,经试点城市主动申报、所在省(自治区、直辖市)人民政府审批并报送水利部等6部门备案,全国共有78个城市纳入再生水利用配置试点名单。通过梳理试点城市再生水利用配置实施方案中再生水利用量、再生水利用率等相关数据,分地市级、县区级研究了试点城市再生水利用水平现状。同时,为更好评估再生水利用潜在开发能力,选取再生水利用率、再生水利用量两个指标搭建了二维评估体系,划分了潜在型开发Ⅰ、潜在型开发Ⅱ、管理型开发Ⅰ、管理型开发Ⅱ四个分区,提出了再生水利用配置的开发模式。In 2022,78 cities were included in the pilot list of reclaimed water utilization allocation,which were voluntarily applied for by pilot cities,approved by the people′s governments of their provinces,and filed with six departments including the Ministry of Water Resources.By sorting out the relevant data on the amount and utilization rate of reclaimed water in the implementation plan of reclaimed water utilization in pilot cities,the current utilization level of reclaimed water in pilot cities was studied at the city and county levels.At the same time,in order to better evaluate the potential development capacity of reclaimed water,a two-dimensional evaluation system was established by selecting two indicators:utilization amount and utilization rate of reclaimed water.Four zones were divided:potential developmentⅠ,potential developmentⅡ,management developmentⅠ,and management developmentⅡ,and a development model for the configuration of reclaimed water was proposed.
