摘 要:为解决当前城市内涝预警系统运行效率低下,提高城市内涝预警及时性,研发了城市内涝风险预警智慧平台。介绍了平台功能设计流程及应用流程,探索内涝风险智能预警新模式。实际案例应用结果表明,平台提供积水预测预警信息集成与交互平台,管理人员可在平台中实时查看各区域的积水情况和未来预测水位,对于积水预测风险较高的区域,平台通过可视化方式预警,及时通知公众及管理人员,自动规划应急响应顺序,提升内涝管理科学性,推动城市防涝智能化。In order to solve the current urban flooding early warning system operating inefficiency and improve the timeliness of urban flooding warning,the urban flooding risk early warning intelligent platform is developed.The functional design process and application process of the platform are introduced to explore the new model of intelligent warning for flooding risk.The actual case application results show that the platform provides a waterlogging prediction and warning information integration and interaction platform,and the managers can view the waterlogging situation and future predicted water level of each region in real time in the platform,for the areas with high waterlogging prediction risk,the platform warns the public and managers through visualisation,notifies them in time,and automatically plans the emergency response sequence,improves the scientific nature of waterlogging management,and promotes the intelligence of urban waterlogging prevention.
