摘  要:为研究锂云母浸出渣(锂渣)用作路基填料时的力学性能,降低有害物质浸出含量,分别将水泥、矿渣和粉煤灰作为稳定化固化材料,并按2%,4%,6%,8%,10%的掺配比例掺入到锂渣中制备改良锂渣试件;分析了改良锂渣的强度特性及有害物质浸出规律,并结合X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析揭示了改良锂渣稳定化固化机理。结果表明:锂渣可与稳定化固化材料发生反应生成石膏等物质,既可提高锂渣的强度与密实度,又可降低锂渣中有害物质浸出含量;当掺入4%的固化材料时,3种改良锂渣的CBR值分别提升了35.4%,22.1%,8.5%,均可满足路基填料的强度要求;随着固化材料的掺入,3种改良锂渣的无侧限抗压强度可分别达到初始锂渣强度的11.1,17.4,4.7倍;压实成型后的锂渣试件中有害物质浸出含量明显降低,掺入固化材料后浸出物质含量进一步下降;破碎后的改良锂渣有害物质浸出含量升高,通过调节固化材料掺入量可使其达到路用环保水平;3种固化材料的固盐效果排序依次为矿渣粉、水泥、粉煤灰,固化材料对锰离子的固化效果最佳,对铍离子的固化效果相近,粉煤灰对铊离子的固化效果较差。To study the mechanical properties of lithium mica leaching residue(lithium slag),used as roadbed filling,and reduce the leaching content of harmful substances,the cement,slag,and fly ash were used as stabilizing and solidifying materials respectively.They were added into the lithium slag in mass ratios of 2%,4%,6%,8%,and 10%to prepare the improved lithium slag specimens.The improved lithium slag strength characteristics and the harmful substances leaching rule were analyzed.The stabilization and solidification mechanism of improved lithium slag were revealed through X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis.The result indicates that the lithium slag can react with stabilized solidification materials to form substances(e.g.,gypsum),which not only improve the lithium slag strength and compactness,but also reduce the harmful substances leaching content in lithium slag.When 4%curing material is added,the CBR values of 3 improved lithium slags increase by 35.4%,22.1%,8.5%,respectively,which can meet the requirements for roadbed filling material.With the addition of solidified materials,the unconfined compressive strength of 3 improved lithium slags can respectively reach 11.1 times,17.4 times,and 4.7 times of the initial lithium slag strength.The harmful substances leaching content in the compacted lithium slag specimens is significantly reduced,and the leaching substance content further decreases after adding solidified materials.The harmful substances leaching content of improved lithium slag increases after crushing.By adjusting the amount of solidified material,it can meet the environmental requirements for road use.The solidification effects of 3 solidification materials are ranked as follows:slag powder,cement,and fly ash.The solidification effect on manganese ions is the best,while the solidification effect on beryllium ions is similar.The solidification effect of fly ash on thallium ions is poor.
