摘 要:为分析天然气净化厂动力噪声源对厂界环境的影响,开展了厂界内设备噪声监测、厂界环境噪声监测和噪声仿真模拟研究。噪声监测显示,动设备噪声超标严重,且厂界环境噪声超标。以此为基础,将声源噪声值、厂区地势图等输入噪声分析软件进行声场模拟,得到厂界多噪声耦合叠加等高线图,确定了设备厂界安全距离,确保厂界环境噪声达到《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》(GB 12348—2008)3类声功能环境区噪声环境限值的要求,可为净化厂降噪改造或新建厂区提供理论支撑。In order to analyze the impacts of the power noise source on the environmental noise of the plant boundary,the noise monitoring of the equipment in the plant boundary,the environmental noise monitoring of the plant boundary and the noise simulation research were carried out.Through the noise monitoring,it can be seen that the excessive noise of the dynamic equipment in the plant leads to the excessive plant boundary environment.Based on this,sound source noise values,plant terrain maps,and other relevant data were input into noise analysis software to conduct sound field simulations.This results in contour maps that depict the coupling and superposition of multiple noise sources at the plant boundary,determines the safe distance for equipment placement at the plant boundary,and ensure that the ambient noise of the plant boundary meets the requirements of the noise environmental limits of the 3 types of acoustic functional environmental areas in Industrial Enterprise Boundary Environmental Noise Emission Standard(GB 12348—2008),which provide theoretical support for the noise reduction transformation of purification plants or new factories.
