摘  要:【目的】探讨兔头面部动脉血管的解剖结构及三维建模的应用。【方法】采用金属氧化铅-血管造影铸型技术制作家兔头面部动脉铸型标本,通过128排多层螺旋CT扫描,构建家兔头面部动脉三维重建模型。【结果】采用血管造影铸型技术和螺旋CT扫描技术构建的家兔头面部动脉铸型标本及三维重建模型血管充盈饱满、立体感强、结构特点清晰,可多角度、多层面展示家兔头面部血管的主要动脉走行及分布情况。【结论】成功构建家兔头面部动脉铸型标本和三维重建模型,可为家兔头面部动脉血管模型的建立及研究提供形态学参考依据。【Objective】This study aims to investigate the anatomical structure and develop a three-dimensional model of cranial and facial arteries in rabbits.【Methods】Metal lead oxide-angiography casting technology was employed to create cast specimens of rabbit craniofacial arteries.Subsequently,a three-dimensional reconstruction model of these arteries was generated using 128-slice multi-slice spiral CT scanning.【Results】The rabbit cranial and facial artery cast specimens,along with the three-dimensional reconstruction model created using angiography casting technology and spiral CT scanning,exhibit comprehensive vascular structures,robust three-dimensionality,and clear anatomical characteristics.These models effectively display the rabbit cranial and facial blood vessels from multiple angles and levels,detailing the course and distribution of the main arteries.【Conclusion】The casting benchmarks and three-dimensional reconstruction model of the rabbit craniofacial arteries were successfully established.This study provides a valuable morphological reference for the establishment and investigation of rabbit cranial and facial artery blood vessel models.
