摘　　要：历史文化街区是城市文脉的主要组成部分,承载了优秀的地域文化和民族文化。保留珍贵的历史文化遗产是人类现代文明发展的必然要求,是具有历史意义和战略意义的重大问题。分类保护、活化利用河北省历史文化街区,对重塑河北省文化品位,增强燕赵文化生命力与创造力,推动河北省城市更新和经济发展作用重大。文章在参考发达地区成功经验的基础上,结合河北省具体情况,提出强化顶层规划、增加高品质文化创意产品供给等策略措施,以推动历史文化街区实现高质量发展。Historical and cultural blocks are the main components of urban context,carrying excellent regional and ethnic cultures.Preserving precious historical and cultural heritage is an inevitable requirement for the development of modern human civilization,and is a significant issue with historical and strategic significance.Protecting by classification,revitalizing and utilizing historical and cultural blocks in Hebei Province plays a significant role in reshaping the cultural taste of Hebei Province,enhancing the vitality and creativity of Yan Zhao culture,and promoting the urban renewal and economic development in Hebei Province.This paper draws on successful experience from developed regions,and combines them with the actual situation in Hebei Province to propose measures such as strengthening top-level design and expanding the supply of high-quality cultural and creative products,in order to promote high-quality development in historical and cultural blocks.
