摘  要:帷幕灌浆易对近距离的既有结构产生荷载效应,分析其对结构安全的影响是必要的。文章以干河水库为例,基于FLAC3D值计算,首先分析浆液扩散规律,然后评价帷幕灌浆对既有结构的影响。结果表明,注浆10h时浆液扩散43m到达隧洞;灌浆压力取1.55MPa限值不影响隧洞安全;进一步进行敏感性分析,结果表明浆液与隧洞各衬砌接触部位的灌浆压力量值不应大于1.66MPa。该方法模拟效果可靠,可为类似工程提供借鉴和指导。Curtain grouting is prone to generate load effects on existing structures in close proximity,making it necessary to analyze its impact on structural safety.Taking the Ganhe Reservoir as an example,based on the calculation of FLAC3D numerical calculations,this paper firstly analyzes the diffusion pattern of the grout and then evaluates the impact of curtain grouting on the existing structures.The results show that after 10 hours of grouting,the grout diffuses 43 meters to reach the tunnel;a grouting pressure limit of 1.55MPa does not affect tunnel safety.Further sensitivity analysis indicates that the grouting pressure at the contact points between the grout and various parts of the tunnel lining should not exceed 1.66MPa.This method demonstrates reliable simulation results and can provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
