摘 要:文章以花山水库为研究对象,研究计算溃口洪峰流量,构建二维水动力模型模拟溃坝洪水演进过程及其对下游的影响并制定适宜的应急转移方案。结果表明:花山水库大坝溃决最不利情况下的溃口宽度为86.84m,对应溃坝洪峰流量为25603.63m^(3)/s,溃坝洪水会对广宁县赤坑镇、坑口镇和古水镇19.75km^(2)范围内的72个村落、共15620人造成影响,因此需要准备好转移预案并加强病险水库大坝安全运行管理。Focusing on Huashan Reservoir,this paper calculates the peak discharge of a dam breach,constructs a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model to simulate the evolution of dam break floods and their impact downstream,and develops appropriate emergency evacuation plans.The results indicate that the breach width under the most adverse conditions of the Huashan Reservoir dam is 86.84 meters,corresponding to a dam break peak discharge of 25603.63 cubic meters per second.The dam break flood would affect 72 villages,totaling 15620 people,within a 19.75 square kilometer area in Chikeng Town,Kengkou Town,and Gushui Town of Guangning County.Therefore,it is necessary to prepare evacuation plans and strengthen the management of the safe operation of dangerous reservoir dams.
