摘  要:为解决无人值守泵站闸门启闭机现行控制效果不佳的问题,基于无线传感网络的自动控制方法。通过无线传感器对闸门启闭机的开度和荷载状态进行实时感知,利用无线网络将这些数据传输至中央控制系统,利用PLC对接收到的数据进行分析处理,实现对闸门启闭机的精准自动控制。试验结果显示,超控量控制在0.1%内,显著优于传统方法,有效实现了对闸门启闭机的精准控制。本研究为无人值守泵站管理提供了新的思路和技术支持,具备广泛的应用前景和实用价值。In order to address the issue of poor control effect in the current unattended pump station gate hoist systems,an automatic control method based on wireless sensor networks is proposed.Wireless sensors are used to monitor the gate hoist’s opening and load status in real time,and this data is transmitted to the central control system via a wireless network.A PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)is employed to analyze and process the received data,achieving precise automatic control of the gate hoist.Experimental results show that the overshoot is controlled within 0.1%,significantly outperforming traditional methods and effectively realizing precise control of the gate hoist.This study provides new insights and technical support for the management of unattended pump stations,offering broad application prospects and practical value.
