摘　　要：开展高质量的应急演练是保障安全生产、强化应急准备工作的重要手段。文章阐述了生产安全事故应急演练的相关要点,选取江苏省5个水利枢纽工程,统计其近两年应急演练情况,分析水利工程管理单位生产安全事故应急演练方面的特点与存在的问题,结合淮安抽水站变电所应急演练实例,从标准规范、演练方式、脚本编制等方面探讨交流优化策略,供水利工程安全管理人员参考。Carrying out high-quality emergency drills is a crucial method to ensure production safety and enhance emergency preparedness.This paper elaborates on the key points of emergency drills for production safety incidents,examines the emergency drill situations of 5 water conservancy projects in Jiangsu Province over the past two years,analyzes the characteristics and issues present in the emergency drills for production safety accidents within water conservancy project management units,and incorporates an example of an emergency drill at the Huai’an Pump Station substation.It discusses optimization strategies for emergency drills related to standard specifications,drill modes,script preparation,etc.,aiming to provide guidance for security managers.
