摘  要:以自主设计的风电增速齿轮箱为研究对象,建立三维模型,并通过Romax仿真软件对修形前各个齿轮的性能进行仿真分析.根据齿轮箱各齿轮寿命、累积损伤、最大接触应力、安全系数、啮合载荷分布系数等设计要求,明确修形对象,并确定修形量及修形方式.最后,对修形前后齿轮的性能进行对比分析.结果表明:修形后太阳轮单位长度上接触载荷,较修形前大幅度下降,最大接触载荷由修形前的1 685 N/mm,下降至修形后的932 N/mm,下降了44.7%左右,应力集中及偏载现象也显著减少;修形后太阳轮最大接触应力由1 321 MPa下降至872 MPa,下降了34%;最大弯曲应力由488 MPa下降至376 MPa,下降了23%;修形后太阳轮的接触安全系数增长了46.4%,传递误差变化量降低了7.2倍,齿轮寿命增长了6.3倍.因此,对齿轮进行修形,能够减少磨损,降低应力集中现象,提升齿轮整体性能.The self-designed wind power incremental gearbox was taken as the research object in this paper,and a three-dimensional model was established.The performance of each gear before trimming was simulated and analyzed with Romax simulation software.In accordance with the design specifications of the gearbox,including the anticipated lifespan of each gear,cumulative damage,maximum contact stress,safety coefficient,meshing load distribution coefficient,and other pertinent criteria,the objective of the reshaping process is defined and the requisite extent and methodology are determined.Subsequently,a comparison and analysis of the performance of the gears before and after reshaping is conducted.The results demonstrate a statistically significant reduction in the contact load per unit length of the sun gear following the reshaping process.The maximum contact load was found to have decreased from 1,685 N/mm prior to shaping to 932 N/mm after shaping,representing a reduction of approximately 44%.Moreover,the concentration of stress and the phenomenon of bias load have also been significantly reduced,with the maximum contact stress of the sun gear decreasing from 1,321 MPa to 872 MPa(a reduction of 34%);the maximum bending stress has decreased from 488 MPa to 376 MPa(a reduction of 23%);the contact safety coefficient has increased by 46.4%,while the transmission error variation has decreased by 7.2 times,and the gear life has increased by 6.3 times.It can therefore be concluded that the reshaping of gears has the potential to reduce wear,minimize stress concentration and enhance the overall performance of the gears.
