摘 要:为解决山西某水泥厂7 500 t/d水泥熟料生产线窑尾烟气SCR脱硝反应器催化剂磨损严重、脱硝效率低、氨逃逸大于3 mg/kg等问题,运用Gambit软件对脱硝反应器进行1∶1建模,通过Fluent软件对全尺寸SCR反应器烟道内的流场分布特性进行模拟,提出了在原基础上增加和调整均布板(引导烟气均流)、导流板(引导烟气扩散流动)的优化方案,优化后的方案通过工程验证,达到了工业性能指标.第一层催化剂上游速度分布相对标准偏差由51.43%优化到14.92%,第一层催化剂上游平均烟气入射角从20.17°优化到9.85°,对系统压损影响较小,从而降低了水泥窑尾烟气脱硝的成本,提高了烟气脱硝的效率.In order to address the issues of significant catalyst deterioration,inadequate denitrification effectiveness and ammonia leakage exceeding 3 mg/kg in the SCR denitrification reactor of the kiln end flue gas of a 7500 t/d cement clinker production line in a cement plant in Shanxi,this paper employed the Gambit software to construct a 1∶1 scale model of the denitrification reactor.The Fluent software was used to simulate the characteristics of the flow field distribution in the flue of the full-size SCR reactor,and an optimal scheme was proposed,which involved adding and adjusting two plates-a homogeneous plate to guide uniform flow and a deflector plate to guide diffusion flow-to the original design.This optimized scheme was then verified through engineering tests and was found to meet the industrial performance indexes.The relative standard deviation of the velocity distribution upstream of the first layer catalyst was optimized from 51.43%to 14.92%,while the average flue gas incidence angle upstream optimized from 20.17°to 9.85°,which had a lesser effect on the pressure loss of the system,thereby reducing the cost of denitrification of the flue gas from the tail end of the cement kiln and enhancing the efficiency of the flue gas denitrification.
