摘  要:铁路客站站房工程工期相对紧张,对结构施工速度有非常严苛的要求,故一般采用预制板或者钢筋桁架楼承板来加快建设进度。面对传统预制板结构板缝构造不便的问题,结合广州白云站工程,研发了新型开槽式预制板。该工艺取消了传统预制板的胡子筋构造,解决传统预制板运输不方便、胡子筋与钢梁上栓钉冲突等问题,同时优化预制板桁架筋、取消支撑体系。经过现场实践,新型预制板构造及结构安全可靠、工艺先进,同时具有较好的经济效益,可为后续高铁车站候车厅结构快速建设提供经验参考。The construction period for railway passenger station buildings is typically tight,requiring rapid construction speeds.To meet these demands,prefabricated slabs or steel truss floor bearing slabs are often utilized.Addressing the inconveniences associated with traditional prefabricated plate structures,a new slotted prefabricated plate has been developed in conjunction with the Guangzhou Baiyun Station project.This technique eliminates the beard reinforcement structure of traditional precast slabs,overcoming transportation difficulties and conflicts between beard reinforcement and steel beam studs.Additionally,it optimizes the truss reinforcement of the prefabricated slabs and removes the need for a support system.Field practice has demonstrated that the new prefabricated plate structure is safe and reliable,with advanced processes and significant economic benefits.This method provides valuable experience for the rapid construction of waiting hall structures in future high-speed railway stations.
