摘  要:随着经济的发展和建筑行业技术的革新,以及建筑结构设计理论、设计手段和施工水平的不断提高,采用复杂曲面形态的大跨度混凝土壳体结构层出不穷,给建筑施工带来了挑战。以上海在水一方工程为背景开展技术研究,改进了传统高支模排架系统的施工节点,首创了曲面混凝土高支模专用万向U型扣,改良了曲面混凝土浇筑技术,最终总结出一套以曲面排架系统为基础的双层大跨异形双曲面混凝土壳体施工技术。研究成果可为同类空间异形结构的建造提供参考。With the development of the economy and technological innovations in the construction industry,along with continuous advancements in structural design theory,design methods,and construction techniques,large-span concrete shell structures featuring complex curved surfaces are emerging more frequently,posing challenges for construction.Based on the Shanghai Zaishui Yifang project,technical studies are conducted to improve the construction nodes of traditional high-formwork bent systems,creating a specialized universal U-shaped buckle for curved concrete high-formwork,and refining the pouring technique for curved concrete.Ultimately,a set of construction techniques for double-layer largespan special-shaped hyperboloid concrete shells based on the curved bent system is established.The findings provide a reference for the construction of similar spatial special-shaped structures.
