施工路径对预应力双层异形曲面混凝土结构临时支撑内力分布的影响

摘　　要：随着设计及施工技术水平的上升,现代建筑不再受限于规整的结构形态,大跨、轻薄且灵活多变的空间结构形式在实际工程中得到了大量的应用。施工中,常采用满堂支撑的方法令空间结构在成型之前整体坐落于支撑排架上方。一般情况下,支撑架能够承托未成型的结构抵抗重力荷载,但在个别情况下,也会因为约束结构构件的下方变形而产生不利影响。因此,以预应力双层异形曲面结构的建造过程为研究对象,通过对整体结构浇筑、预应力张拉、支撑拆除的全过程模拟,考察了预应力施加路径对结构和支撑架的相互作用的影响。研究结果表明,由于预应力筋于曲面内起伏布置,预应力张拉会导致支撑架的支撑力分布发生变化,同时,结构竖向构件的不连续会导致拆撑过程中部分区域支撑力剧增,拆撑时应考虑结构的转换过程,避免结构体系呈跳跃式变化。With the advancement of design and construction techniques,modern architecture is no longer confined to regular structural forms.Large-span,lightweight,and flexible spatial structures have been extensively applied in engineering practice.In construction,the method of full bracing is commonly used to place the spatial structure above the supporting bent before it takes shape.Generally,the support frame can bear the unformed structure against gravity loads,but in certain cases,it may adversely affect the lower deformation of structural components.The construction process of the prestressed double-layer special-shaped curved structure is simulated,including the entire processes of concrete pouring,prestressed tensioning,and support removal.The influence of the prestressing path on the interaction between the structure and the support frame is examined.Results indicate that the arrangement of prestressing tendons in the curved surface alters the distribution of supporting forces.Additionally,the discontinuity of vertical components leads to a sharp increase in support force in some areas during the support removal phase.Therefore,the transformation of the structure should be considered during support removal to prevent abrupt changes in the structural system.
