摘　　要：随着经济的发展和人们生活物质水平、精神追求的提高,对既有商业建筑提出了重新调整业态、升级商业定位和空间品质、进行功能改造的需求。中庭部位作为突出性的商业空间表现形式,是当前改造的一项重要内容。依托上海华联项目、长沙北辰项目,考虑“如何加造”和“如何改造”两大问题,通过在中庭加造和改造关键施工技术展开研究,全面分析、对比2个项目的构件拆除、垂直运输、模板排架转换等各环节所采用的施工方法与措施,为城市更新的深入提供技术支撑。With economic development and the improvement of people's material living standards and spiritual pursuits,there is a growing demand to readjust the business format,upgrade commercial positioning and spatial quality,and conduct functional transformations of existing commercial buildings.As a prominent form of commercial space,the atrium is a key aspect of current renovation efforts.Based on the Shanghai Hualian Project and Changsha Beichen Project,two major issues,"how to add"and"how to transform"are addressed.Key construction techniques for atrium addition and modification are analyzed,comparing methods used in component removal,vertical transportation,and formwork scaffolding conversion in both projects,providing technical support for urban renewal.
