摘　　要：基于我国城市更新的发展需求,针对污水管道非开挖修复工程全新施工工艺应用,依托上海南六公路(S32—周邓公路)重力流管工程改造项目,总结出包含HDPE内衬短管修复技术、HDPE内衬短管贴壁注浆技术、管道接头修复技术的污水管道HDPE内衬短管关键施工技术,在保证原有管道流量的条件下,加快修复速度、减小施工影响、延长管道寿命,实现该工艺在城市更新当中污水管道修复的应用,可为同类型城市旧排水管网改造工程提供参考。Based on the development needs of urban renewal in China,considering the application of new construction techniques in trenchless rehabilitation of sewage pipelines,the key construction techniques of HDPE lined short pipe in sewage pipelines are summarized,including HDPE lined short pipe repair technique,HDPE lined short pipe wall grouting technique,and pipeline joint repair technique.These techniques accelerate repair speed,reduce construction impact,and extend pipeline lifespan while ensuring the original pipeline flow.Their application in urban sewage pipeline repair during urban renewal provides a reference for similar old drainage network reconstruction projects.
