摘 要:以上海张江集电港B区3-2信息技术产业平台项目为工程背景,为解决局部下挂钢结构“顺作法”施工带来的钢构件垂直运输难度大、安全风险高且施工成本昂贵等问题,概述了一种下挂钢结构“顺作法”施工技术。技术方案实施后采用施工过程的模拟分析、现场建筑健康检测等方法,验证了该施工技术与设计要求基本吻合,可为类似工程提供一定的参考。Based on the 3-2 information technology industry platform project in Area B of Shanghai Zhangjiang Power Collection Port,a construction technique is proposed to address challenges such as the difficulty of vertical transportation of steel components,high safety risks,and the high cost of construction measures associated with the sequential construction method for local under-hung steel structures.The implementation of the proposed technique is verified through simulation analysis of the construction process and on-site building health monitoring,demonstrating consistency with design requirements.This technique provides valuable reference for similar projects.
