摘  要:浅圆仓因其成本低、储量大,近年来在粮食储藏领域的应用越来越多,因其顶盖多采用锥壳形式的混凝土顶盖,且浅圆仓直径较大,所以浅圆仓混凝土锥顶顶盖的施工是浅圆仓施工中的一个难点。传统的施工方法采用扣件式钢管满堂脚手架,用钢量大、成本高,施工周期长。为此,研发钢索平台系统替代传统满堂脚手架并详细阐述了施工关键技术。实践应用证明,该工艺具有安拆简便、安全可靠、施工速度快等优点,值得推广和借鉴。Due to their low cost and large storage capacity,squat silos have been increasingly used in grain storage in recent years.The construction of the concrete conical top cover,typically in the form of a cone shell,is a significant challenge,especially with the large diameter of squat silos.Traditional construction methods use coupler steel tubular scaffolds,which result in high steel usage,high costs,and extended construction periods.To address this,a steel cable platform system is developed to replace the traditional full scaffolding.The key construction techniques are detailed,and practical applications demonstrate the advantages of this method,including easy assembly and disassembly,safety,reliability,and fast construction speed,making it a method worth promoting and referencing.
