特种作战人员坚韧人格与心理压力、军事绩效关系的潜在剖面分析

摘　　要：目的考察特种作战人员坚韧人格的潜在类别及其与心理压力、军事绩效的关系,为提升特种作战人员军事绩效水平提供科学依据。方法采取分层方便抽样方法对730名特种作战人员的坚韧人格、心理压力和军事绩效进行问卷调查。采用Pearson相关检验对坚韧人格与心理压力、军事绩效进行相关分析;以潜在剖面分析(latent profile analysis,LPA)探索特种作战人员坚韧人格的潜在类别;采用方差分析检验不同类别坚韧人格特种作战人员在心理压力和军事绩效水平上的差异;采用构建交互项的方法分析不同类别坚韧人格特种作战人员在心理压力对军事绩效影响路径上的调节效应;采用Bootstrap法分析坚韧人格在心理压力与军事绩效关系上的中介效应。结果心理压力与军事绩效、坚韧人格均呈显著负相关(r分别为-0.411、-0.296,P均<0.01),军事绩效与坚韧人格呈显著正相关(r=0.584,P<0.01)。特种作战人员的坚韧人格存在低、中、高3个潜在类别。在心理压力的总分、军事训练和部队管理维度上,低坚韧人格组显著高于中、高坚韧人格组,高坚韧人格组最低(P均<0.01)。在心理压力的工作负荷、军营生活和人际冲突维度上,高坚韧人格组显著低于中、低坚韧人格组(P均<0.001)。在军事绩效、军事技能、工作表现、作风纪律和内部关系维度上,高坚韧人格组均显著高于其他两组,低坚韧人格组得分最低(P均<0.001)。坚韧人格类别对心理压力、军事绩效的调节效应显著。高坚韧人格组的心理压力对军事绩效的影响最小,低坚韧人格组的心理压力对军事绩效的影响最大。坚韧人格对心理压力、军事绩效的中介效应显著。心理压力和坚韧人格都可以直接影响军事绩效,心理压力还可以通过影响坚韧人格来影响军事绩效。结论特种作战人员坚韧人格可分为高、中、低3个潜在类别;坚韧人格能够有Objective To investigate the potential types of psychological hardiness and its relationship with psychological pressure and military performance,and to provide scientific basis for improving the military performance level of special operations personnel.Methods The psychological hardiness,psychological stress and military performance of 730 special operations personnel were investigated by stratified convenient sampling method.Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the relationship between psychological hardiness,psychological stress and military performance;latent profile analysis(LPA)was used to explore the potential types of psychological hardiness in special operations personnel;analysis of variance was used to examine the differences in psychological stress and military performance of different types of psychological hardiness special operations personnel;the moderating effects of psychological stress on military performance of different types of psychological hardiness special operators were analyzed by constructing interactive terms;Bootstrap method was used to analyze the mediating effect of psychological hardiness on the relationship between psychological stress and military performance.Results There was a significant negative correlation between psychological stress and military performance and psychological hardiness(r=-0.411,-0.296,respectively,all P<0.01),and a significant positive correlation between military performance and psychological hardiness(r=0.584,P<0.01).There were 3 potential categories of psychological hardiness of special operations personnel:low,medium and high.In terms of the total score of psychological stress,military training and troop management,the low psychological hardiness group was significantly higher than the medium and high psychological hardiness group,and the high psychological hardiness group was the lowest(all P<0.01).In terms of workload,military life and interpersonal conflict of psychological stress,the high psychological hardiness group was significantly low
