147所基层部队医疗单位护理人员战备部署能力现状

摘　　要：目的采用自评与他评相结合的方式对基层部队医疗单位护理人员战备部署能力进行评估,分析两种评价方式的结果,以期客观真实了解基层护理人员战备部署能力现状。方法采用便利抽样+滚雪球抽样法,于2022-07/2023-06月,选取5批在某军医大学进行任职培训的基层部队军医、护理人员及其所在单位护理人员、军医为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和战备评估与部署能力指数(readiness estimate and deploy ability index,READI)进行调查。结果经军医-护理人员配对后,回收有效自评问卷212份、他评问卷147份,涉及全军各军兵种基层医疗单位147个。基层护理人员READI自评得分(128.70±24.43)分,自评标准分(3.47±0.66)分;他评得分(98.07±27.75)分,他评标准分(2.65±0.75)分,READI总分及各维度得分自评得分均高于他评得分,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论我军基层部队护理人员战备部署能力整体处于中等水平;战备认同感较高,但战备能力较为薄弱。提示应积极开发培训内容,拓展培训形式,统筹实施医护一体实战化协同训练,促进基层一线战备部署能力提升。Objective The self-evaluation and other-evaluation methods were used to evaluate the combat readiness deployment capability of nursing personnel in medical units of basic troops,and the results of the two evaluation methods were analyzed in order to objectively understand the current situation of combat readiness deployment capability of basic nursing personnel.Methods By using convenient sampling+snowball sampling method,5 batches of military doctors and nursing personnel of grass-roots troops who received training in a military medical university and the nursing personnel and military doctors of their units were selected as the research objects from 2022-July to 2023-June.The general information questionnaire and readiness estimate and deploy ability index(READI)were used to conduct the survey.Results After the matching of military doctors and nurses,212 effective self-assessment questionnaires and 147 other assessment questionnaires were recovered,involving 147 grass-roots medical units of all branches of the army.The READI self-evaluation score of primary nursing staff was(128.70±24.43),the other-evaluation standard score was(3.47±0.66);the other-evaluation score was(98.07±27.75),the other-evaluation standard score was(2.65±0.75),the READI total score and the scores of each dimension were higher than the other score,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.001).Conclusion The combat readiness deployment capability of the primary nursing staff of our army is at a medium level on the whole;the war readiness identity is high,but the war readiness ability is weak.It is suggested that the training content should be actively developed,the training forms should be expanded,and the actual combat collaborative training of medical and nursing integration should be coordinated to promote the improvement of grassroots frontline combat readiness deployment ability.
