摘　　要：目的探索与实践军队医院临床运营助理模式,助力军队医院高质量发展,适应军队卫勤保障任务的高需求。方法借鉴国内外医院运营管理经验,结合军队医院特有的人力资源架构及任务需求,尝试构建并实践一种以数据分析和科学管理为支撑,涵盖科室人员、经济和质量等方面的军队医院科室运营助理管理模式及路径。结果构建了医院管理与临床专业人员融合的院、科两级运营团队;设定了运营团队工作模式;明确了运营助理职责范畴;制定了运营助理任职能力培训内容;设立了运营助理绩效评价机制;提出并实践了5项管理路径。提升了科室精细化管理水平,增强了医院服务能力,激活了医院可持续发展动力。结论临床运营助理模式,有助于提升临床科室管理水平,优化医疗资源配置,提高数质量指标、医疗效率和服务质量,是保障军队医院可持续发展,适应军队卫勤保障任务高需求的有效模式。Objective To explore and practice the clinical operation assistant model of military hospital,help military hospital to develop in high quality,and adapt to the high demand of the army′s defence and security tasks.Methods Drawing on domestic and international hospital operation and management experiences,and combining the unique human resource structure and mission requirements of military hospitals,construct and practice a department operation assistant management model and path for military hospitals that is supported by data analyses and scientific management,and covers the personnel,economy and quality of the department.Results A hospital and departmental operation team integrating hospital management and clinical professionals has been bulit;set up a working model for the operation team;defined the scope of responsibilities of operation assistants;formulated the training content for operation assistants;set up a mechanism for evaluating the performance of operation assistants;and proposed and put into practice five management paths.It has improved the fine management level of the department,enhanced the service capacity of the hospital,and activated the power of sustainable development of the hospital.Conclusion The clinical operation assistant model,which helps to improve the management level of clinical departments,optimize the allocation of medical resources,improve the number of quality indicators,medical efficiency and quality of service,is an effective model to ensure the sustainable development of military hospitals and adapt to the high demand for military guarding and security tasks.
