摘　　要：目的为适应部队康复收治能力的发展需要,在康复疗养中心构建智慧急诊医学科,为军队卫勤力量体系建设提质增效。方法通过分析康复疗养中心急诊医学科现状,研判智慧急诊医学科的必要性、可行性,提出意见建议,探讨智慧急诊医学科的全面构建。结果通过重新规划定位急诊医学科、全面升级急诊设备、培养急诊人才、成立专科联盟可以将康复疗养中心构建成智慧急诊医学科。结论智慧急诊医学科的构建可为患者提供更专业的院前急救,保障部队康复疗养人员的生命健康,有利于康复疗养中心的整体发展。Objective To meet the development needs of the rehabilitation and treatment capabilities of the military,a smart emergency medicine department will be established in the rehabilitation and recuperation center to improve the quality and efficiency of the military′s medical service system.Methods By analyzing the current situation of the emergency medicine department in rehabilitation centers,the necessity and feasibility of a smart emergency medicine department are assessed,and suggestions are proposed to explore the comprehensive construction of a smart emergency medicine department.Results The rehabilitation and nursing center can be built into a smart emergency medicine discipline through replanning and positioning the emergency medicine discipline,upgrading the emergency equipment,training the emergency personnel,and establishing the specialist alliance.Conclusion The construction of intelligent emergency medicine can provide more professional pre-hospital first aid for patients,safeguard the life and health of rehabilitation and recuperation personnel of the army,and contribute to the overall development of rehabilitation and recuperation centers.
