摘　　要：本文报道了3例盆腔脂肪增多症(pelvic lipomatosis,PL)患者的病例。患者均为中年男性,主要临床表现为排尿困难和肾积水等泌尿系统症状。影像学检查结果显示典型的“骨盆透明”征及膀胱形态改变,术后病理结果多为腺性膀胱炎。3例患者均接受了手术治疗,术后随访显示症状缓解。通过总结这3例病例及相关文献可以加强对该疾病的认识,提高对该罕见疾病的诊断水平,减少漏诊率和误诊率。This paper reports three cases of pelvic lipomatosis(PL).All patients were middle-aged men who primarily presented with urinary system symptoms such as urinary difficulties and hydronephrosis,etc.Imaging results showed the typical"pelvic transparency"sign and bladder morphological changes,and postoperative pathology often indicated glandular cystitis.All three patients underwent surgical treatment,and follow-up results showed symptom relief.Summarizing these three cases and reviewing related literatures can enhance the understanding of this disease,improve diagnostic accuracy for this rare condition,and reduce the rates of missed and misdiagnoses.
