摘 要:目的:雅连是毛茛科植物三角叶黄连的干燥根茎,黄连中的最优品。由于雅连生态环境变化,过度开采等原因,目前已处于濒危状态,利用遥感和GIS技术分析,为雅连的合理利用和保护提供有效的凭证和技术性指导。方法:通过查阅相关文献资料,整理雅连适宜性分布的生态因子、地理因子,利用GIS和遥感技术对雅连的各适宜性因子进行叠加,测算雅连在四川省的适宜性分布范围。结果:全省适宜种植雅连的面积有4 566.73 km^(2),分布于12个市州,仅占四川省总面积的0.94%。其中,乐山市的适宜面积最大,共2 113.98 km^(2),占总适宜区面积的46.29%,泸州次之,乐山市和眉山市是四川省最适宜雅连生长的区域。结论:遥感和GIS技术对雅连资源的调查具有科学性和准确性,有利于中药资源适宜区的调查研究。Objective:Yalian was the dry rhizome of Coptis deltoidea C.Y.Cheng et Hsiao in Ranunculaceae,and was the best product of Coptidis Rhizoma.Due to the change of ecological environment,over exploitation and other reasons,it was in an endangered state.Remote sensing and GIS technology analysis can provide effective evidence and technical guidance for the rational utilization and protection of Yalian.Methods:By consulting relevant literature,sorting out the ecological and geographical factors of Yalian suitability distribution,superimposing the factors of Yalian suitability by using GIS and remote sensing technology,the suitability distribution range of Yalian in Sichuan Province was calculated.Results:The area suitable for planting Yalian in Sichuan province was 4566.73 km^(2),distributing in 12 cities and prefectures,accounting for only 0.94%of the total area of Sichuan Province.Among them,Leshan City had the largest suitable area(2113.98 km^(2)),accounting for 46.29%of the total suitable area,followed by Luzhou City.Leshan City and Meishan City were the most suitable areas for Yalian growth in Sichuan Province.Conclusion:The investigation of Yalian resources by remote sensing and GIS technology is scientific and accurate,which is conducive to the investigation and research of suitable areas of traditional Chinese medicine resources.
