摘 要:目的:揭示小檗皮与余甘子配伍前后“药味-药性-药效”变化,探讨二者配伍的科学性。方法:采用苦味感官评价、2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠模型,以及小鼠胃排空和肠推进实验评价小檗皮-余甘子配伍前后的“味-性-效”变化。结果:小檗皮与余甘子配伍后可明显降低小檗皮药材的苦味,并改善其“苦寒伤胃”副作用,促进小鼠的胃排空及小肠推进。此外,小檗皮与余甘子配伍后对T2DM的药效作用明显优于同等剂量下的单味药材,可提高小檗皮药材的降血糖、改善胰岛素抵抗和抗炎作用。结论:小檗皮与余甘子配伍可明显提高其抗T2DM作用,并降低其“苦寒”副作用,研究结果为小檗皮-余甘子临床配伍用药提供了科学依据。Objective: To explore the scientific nature of the combination of Berberidis Cortex(BC) and Phyllanthi Fructus(PF) by studying the changes in“flavour-property-effect”before and after the combination. Methods: The changes in“flavourproperty-effect”before and after the combination of BC and PF were assessed by bitter taste sensory evaluation, rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion experiments in mice. Results: The combination of BC and PF had been found to significantly reduce the bitterness of BC and reduce the adverse effect of“bitter-cold injuring the stomach”in mice. Additionally,it promoted gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in mice. Furthermore,the combined pharmacodynamic effects of BC and PF on T2DM were notably superior to those of individual herbs at equivalent dosages. This could enhance the hypoglycemics,insulin resistance,and anti-inflammatory properties of BC. Conclusion: The combination of BC and PF can measurably enhance its anti-T2DM effect while reducing its“bitter-cold”side effect. These research findings provide a sound scientific rationale for combining BC and PF in clinical practice.
