摘　　要：乳腺癌是世界第五大高死亡率的癌症,对人类健康构成极大威胁。现有治疗乳腺癌的药物,多因其单一靶点和副作用较大而疗效不佳。当前研究发现白桦脂酸可通过多靶点多通路治疗乳腺癌。但乳腺癌发病机制多样,分型复杂,且不同类型乳腺癌对药物的敏感性不同,可能导致白桦脂酸对不同类型乳腺癌的治疗效果存在差异。现有文献缺乏白桦脂酸对不同类型乳腺癌的作用特点分析,不利于后期药物的开发和临床应用。本文梳理了白桦脂酸的相关生物活性,整理和分析了2006年至今关于白桦脂酸抗乳腺癌活性的各种临床前研究结果,探讨白桦脂酸对不同类型乳腺癌产生抗癌作用的相关生物学过程与潜在机制特点,希望对今后白桦脂酸及其衍生物抗乳腺癌的研究提供参考。Breast cancer is the fifth most deadly cancer in the world and poses a great threat to human health.The existing drugs for the treatment of breast cancer are often ineffective because of their single target and large side effects.The current study have found that betulinic acid can treat breast cancer through multiple targets and pathways.However,the pathogenesis of breast cancer is diverse,the classification is complex,and the sensitivity of different types of breast cancer to drugs is different,which may lead to the difference in the therapeutic effect of betulinic acid on different types of breast cancer.The existing literature lacks the characterization of the effects of betulinic acid on different types of breast cancer,which will hinder the development and clinical application of the drug in the later stage.This paper reviews the related biological activities of betulinic acid,collates and analyzes the results of various pre-clinical studies on the anti-breast cancer activity of betulinic acid since 2006,and discusses the related biological processes and potential mechanism characteristics of the anti-cancer effect of betulinic acid on different types of breast cancer,hoping to provide references for the anti-breast cancer research of betulinic acid and its derivatives in the future.
