摘  要:华山参为我国特有药材,是陕西、河南、山西等地的民间常用草药,入选陕西省首批“秦药”品种目录。以托品烷生物碱为主要成分,还包含内酯类、酰胺类、氨基酸类、多糖类等多种化学成分,具有止咳、祛痰、平喘等功效。这里重点对华山参的生物学特性、资源分布、化学成分与检测方法,以及药材的加工炮制方法、临床应用等研究现状进行了综述,并对深入开展华山参的开发应用策略进行了探讨,为华山参资源的持续开发利用提供了参考与借鉴。Radix physochlainae, a particular medicinal material used in China, especially in Shaanxi, Henan and Shanxi,was recorded in the catalogue of“Qin medicine”of the first batch in Shaanxi Province. With tropane alkaloids as the main components, it also contains lactones, amides, amino acids, polysaccharides and other chemical components, with relieving cough, expectorant, asthma and other effects. This article reviewed the research status on the biological characteristics, resource distributions, chemical composition and detection methods, as well as the processing methods and the clinical application of Radix physochlainae. Moreover, the development and application strategy further provide the references for its sustainable utilizations and explorations.
