摘  要:膜生物反应器(MBR)技术因其卓越的出水水质和较小的占地面积,在污水处理领域得到了广泛的应用。然而,MBR工艺在实际运行中存在生化池容积偏大、水力停留时间(HRT)过长等问题,这些问题可能导致污泥中微生物占比降低,影响处理效率。本文利用WEST软件对AAO+MBR工艺的应用现状进行了模拟分析,并探讨优化生化池设计的可能性,旨在提高MBR工艺的处理效率和经济性。The Membrane Bioreactor(MBR)technology has been widely applied in the field of wastewater treatment due to its excellent effluent quality and small footprint.However,the MBR process in actual operation faces issues such as the oversized biological tank volume and excessively long hydrau-lic retention time(HRT),which may lead to a reduction in the proportion of microorganisms in the sludge,affecting treatment efficiency.This paper utilizes WEST sofware to conduct a simulation analysis of the current application status of the AAO+MBR process and explores the possibility of optimizing the design of the biological tank,aiming to enhance the treatment efficiency and economic viability of the MBR process.
