摘 要:以成都某快速路钢箱梁桥铺装病害处理为例,对STC铺装层设计优化进行了研究。分析病害产生的原因,如高温、超载、重载及动载作用、层间粘结、铺装沥青面层性能和施工质量等。从界面处理、防水粘结层、沥青面层设计等方面对STC铺装层间粘结进行了优化,提出了采用精铣刨处理、选择改性乳化沥青+高粘改性沥青+碎石应力吸收层作为防水粘结层、采用70mm厚度双层SMA-13沥青面层等优化措施,并提出了一种STC铺装体系的优化方案,做为类似项目的参考。Taking the pavement disease treatment of a steel box girder bridge on an expressway in Chengdu as an example,the design optimization of the STC pavement layer was studied.The causes of diseases were analyzed,such as high temperature,overloading,heavy load and dynamic load effects,in-terlayer bonding,the performance of the asphalt pavement surface layer and construction quality,etc.The interlayer bonding of the STC pavement layer was optimized from the aspects of interface treatment,waterproof bonding layer,and the design of the asphalt surface layer.Optimization measures such as u-sing fine milling treatment,selecting modified emulsified asphalt+high-viscosity modified asphalt+crushed stone stress absorption layer as the waterproof bonding layer,and adopting a 70mm-thick doub-le-layer SMA-13 asphalt surface layer were proposed.An optimized scheme of the STC pavement sys-tem was also proposed to serve as a reference for similar projects.
