摘  要:以遂宁市通德大桥的拥堵问题着手,由点到片的分析通德大桥作为遂宁市跨江中心通道的拥堵交通流量来源,通过对其来源的分析,以及各拥堵节点的现状情况,从片区层面提出通过新建人行桥、下穿隧道、慢行桥等工程方式,或高峰期交通管制方式,分离不同方向或不同种类的交通流线,再结合城市近远期规划,优先实施工期短,投资小以及施工影响面小的节点,达到缓堵保畅的效果,缓解当前主要矛盾。实施近期方案的同时,为远期方案的实施充分预留条件。通过分析思路以及方案设计的分享,对跨江城市通道片区交通拥堵问题的分析研究总结了以下结论:充分的现场调研是深入分析拥堵现象的先决条件,结合调研情况,一般通过分离交通流线可大大提升通行效率,同时,实施方案也应考虑结合现状条件进行近远期的设计。Starting with the congestion issue at Tongde Bridge in Suining,this paper analyzes the congestion along Tongde Bridge,which serves as the cross-river central passage corridor in Suining.By examining the sources of congestion and the current conditions at each congestion node,it is proposed to separate different directions or types of traffic flow lines through the construction of pedestrian bridges,underpasses,and slow-moving bridges,or by implementing peak-hour traffic control measures at the district level.In alignment with the city's short and long-term planning,priority should be given to im-plementing projects with short construction periods,low investment,and minimal construction impact,aiming to alleviate congestion and address the current major issues.While implementing the short-term plan,conditions should be fully reserved for the implementation of the long-term plan.Through the a-nalysis of analytical approaches and the sharing of design plans,the following conclusions have been drawn from the analysis and research on traffic congestion in the cross-river urban corridor area:suffi-cient on-site research is a prerequisite for in-depth analysis of congestion phenomena.Based on the research findings,separating traffic flow lines can generally greatly improve traffic efficiency.At the same time,the implementation plan should also consider designing for both the short and long term,taking into account current conditions.
