摘 要:电缆绝缘层的破损直接影响到用电的安全性,经济环保的修复材料和修复方法的研究具有重要意义。本文首先详细研究了不同剂量下电子束(EB)辐照聚乙烯带对材料热和力学性能的影响规律。在此基础上,利用低剂量辐照聚乙烯(PE)材料特有的热熔融和热收缩特性,提出了一种修复局部破损交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆绝缘层的方法,并给出了具体的修复方案。研究结果表明,低剂量辐照聚乙烯热熔带能够有效修复破损的电缆绝缘层,修复层与原绝缘层紧密熔接。在40kGy剂量下辐照后,热熔带的凝胶含量(质量分数)为33.6%,拉伸强度达到16.9MPa,断裂伸长率为638.5%。电阻达到2.94×10^(12)Ω,体积电阻为5.89×10^(14)Ω·m,相对介电常数为2.35,满足电缆应用要求。修复后的电缆10kV交流耐压通过39kV/5min,局部放电15kV≤5PC测试。可见,低剂量辐照聚乙烯热熔带在电缆修复领域具有重要的应用前景。The damage to the insulation layer of cables directly affects the safety of electricity use,and the research on economical and environmentally friendly rejuvenation materials and methods is of great significance.This work firstly investigates the influence of electron beam(EB)irradiation on the thermal and mechanical properties of polyethylene(PE)tape at different doses in detail.On this basis,a method for repairing the insulation layer of locally damaged cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)cables is proposed by utilizing the unique hot-melt and thermal-shrinkage characteristics of low-dose irradiated PE materials,and a specific rejuvenation procedure is provided.The research results indicate that low-dose irradiated PE hot-melt tape can effectively repair damaged cable insulation layers,and the repair layer is tightly fused with the original insulation layer.After irradiation at a dose of 40 kGy,the tensile strength is 16.9 MPa,and the elongation at break is 638.5%.The resistance reaches 2.94×10^(12)Ω,and the volume resistance is 5.89×10^(14)Ω·m,which meets the requirement of cable applications.The repaired cable withstands the 10 kV AC voltage test at 39 kV/5 min and partial discharge test at 15 kV≤5 PC.It can be seen that low-dose irradiated PE hot-melt tape has important application prospects in the field of cable rejuvenation.
