摘 要:补体系统是人体免疫屏障的重要组成部分,具有识别和消除入侵的病原微生物的功能。但是通过对重症新型冠状病毒感染(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)患者的研究发现,补体过度激活引起的高炎症反应、微血管病变、血小板-中性粒细胞活化和血栓形成会使COVID-19病情加重。由于补体在病情进展中的双重作用,使其有望成为COVID-19治疗新靶点的潜能,一些补体抑制剂在COVID-19治疗中已经取得了明显的效果。本文将补体系统与新型冠状病毒感染的相关性研究进行综述。The complement system is an important part of the human immune barrier and has the function of identifying and eliminating invading pathogenic microorganisms.However,studies on patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) have found that excessive activation of the complement system leads to heightened inflammatory responses,microvascular damage,platelet-neutrophil activation,and thrombosis,exacerbating the severity of the disease.Given the dual role of complement in disease progression,it has the potential to become a new therapeutic target of COVID-19.Several complement inhibitors have already achieved obvious effects in the treatment of COVID-19.This review summarizes the relationship between the complement system and SARSCOV-2 infection,highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target.
