摘  要:草莓根腐病严重影响草莓生产,为研究引起郑州地区草莓根腐病的病原种类并筛选防治药剂,从郑州草莓主产区采集了草莓根腐病典型病株,用组织分离法分离得到3株镰刀菌,结合形态学与分子生物学方法进行鉴定,发现3株均为藤仓镰刀菌(Fusarium fujikuroi)。室内毒力测定结果表明:苯醚甲环唑对藤仓镰刀菌的抑制作用最强,EC_(50)为2.4828μg/mL;其次是吡唑醚菌酯和肟菌·戊唑醇,EC_(50)分别为12.2785μg/mL和12.4962μg/mL。盆栽试验结果表明:苯醚甲环唑和吡唑醚菌酯对该病具有较明显的防治效果,病指防效分别为70.73%和64.56%。此为藤仓镰刀菌在河南省引起草莓根腐病的首次报道,药剂筛选结果可为该病的防控提供参考。Strawberry root rot disease seriously affects the growth and production of strawberries in recent years.For effective prevention and control of the disease in Zhengzhou,it is important to determine the pathogen of strawberry root rot and screen the fungicides with high efficiency and low toxicity.We collected typical samples of root rot from the main strawberry-producing areas in Zhengzhou and obtained three strains of the pathogen using the tissue isolation method.Combined morphological characteristics with rDNA-ITS sequence analysis,it was found that the three strains were Fusarium fujikuroi.The results of the laboratory toxicity test showed that 40%difenoconazole suspension concentrate had the strongest fungistasis against F.fujikuroi,with an EC_(50) value of 2.4828μg/mL.20%pyraclostrobin suspension concentrate and 75%trifloxystrobin tebuconazole water dispersible granule were the second most effective with EC_(50) values of 12.2785μg/mL and 12.4962μg/mL,respectively.The pot experiment showed that difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin had obvious control effects on the disease,and the control efficacies were 70.73%and 64.56%,respectively.In summary,this is the first report of root rot disease on strawberries caused by F.fujikuroi in Henan.The statistical results provide a theoretical reference for comprehensive prevention and control of strawberry root rot caused by F.fujikuroi.
