摘 要:为明确草地贪夜蛾在安徽省无为市的发生规律,研究了草地贪夜蛾成虫和幼虫发生动态、发生世代、自然种群消长动态等内容,并分析了温度对草地贪夜蛾发生情况的影响。结果表明,草地贪夜蛾5月入侵当地,发生期主要集中于8—10月。1年可发生6代,其中第6代为不完全代,其发育速率整体上与温度呈正相关性,当平均温度在16~35℃时,幼虫期发育速率受温度影响最明显,温度越高,发育速度越快;当平均温度低于16℃时,草地贪夜蛾无法发育为成虫,最终虫态为幼虫或蛹。草地贪夜蛾自然种群消长动态显示第1代种群趋势指数I值大于1,表明草地贪夜蛾下一代种群数量呈增长趋势。本研究为迁飞过渡区草地贪夜蛾精准测报提供了依据。In order to clarify the occurrence patterns of Spodoptera frugiperda in Wuwei City,Anhui Province,we studied the population dynamics of S.frugiperda,and analyzed the effect of temperature on the occurrence of S.frugiperda.The results showed that S.frugiperda invaded Wuwei in May,and the occurrence period was mainly concentrated from August to October.S.frugiperda has 6 generations in one year,and the 6th generation is incomplete.Its development rate is positively correlated with temperature as a whole.When the average temperature was between 16 and 35℃,the larval development rate was most affected by temperature:the higher the temperature,the faster the development.When the average temperature was lower than 16℃,the final insect state of S.frugiperda was larva or pupa,and it could not develop into an adult.The natural population dynamics of S.frugiperda showed that the population trend index I value of the first generation was greater than 1,indicating that the population of the next generation of S.frugiperda showed an increasing trend.This study provides a basis for accurate monitoring and reporting of S.frugiperda in the migration transition area.
