摘　　要：不孕症为全球关注的难题和妇科常见病之一。中医药治疗不孕症有独特的优势。隋唐时期的中医医书文献蕴含了宝贵的求子经验,值得挖掘、整理和分析,以探讨辨证论治不孕症的规律。这将为临床辨治提供参考,并进一步促进不孕症的治疗和研究。文章通过深入研究敦煌医药求子方药,为中医药治疗不孕症提供新的启示和思路。Infertility,as a global concern and one of the common gynecological diseases,has unique advantages in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.The valuable experiences in seeking offspring contained in the medical books and literature of the Sui and Tang Dynasties are worth exploring,organizing and analyzing in order to explore the laws of syndrome differentiation and treatment.This will also provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and further promote the treatment and research of infertility.By conducting in-depth research on the Dunhuang medicine for seeking offspring,new insights and ideas can be provided for the traditional Chinese medicine approach to treating infertility.
