生化汤治疗药物流产后诸症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察药物流产后患者应用生化汤治疗的效果及安全性。方法纳入江西省抚州市临川区妇幼保健院药物流产患者80例进行研究,时间范围为2021年1月—2022年6月,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。两组患者药物流产后分别应用生化汤+常规抗感染治疗与常规抗感染治疗。评估两组流产效果,对比两组治疗前后中医证候积分、恢复指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组完全流产率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05)。治疗前两组各项中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间及阴道出血量方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生化汤能够提升药物流产效果,改善患者中医证候,促进临床指标恢复,安全性高。Objective To observe its application effect and safety of Shenghua decoction in the treatment of medical abortion.Methods Eighty patients with medical abortion in Linchuan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were included in the study,with a time range from January 2021 to June 2022,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each.After medical abortion,two groups of patients were respectively treated with Shenghua decoction combined with conventional anti-infective therapy and conventional anti-infective therapy.The effect of abortion between the two groups was evaluated,and the TCM syndrome score,recovery index and occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment was compared.Results The total abortion rate in observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that in control group(80.00%,32/40)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time and vaginal bleeding volume between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Shenghua decoction can improve the effect of medical abortion,improve TCM syndrome,promote the recovery of clinical indicators,and has high safety.
