摘  要:文章介绍了王新陆教授运用清化血浊法论治糖尿病认知功能障碍的经验。王新陆教授认为,血浊易扰动清窍、阻滞气机、结成瘀血,导致脏气虚损,因此血浊是糖尿病认知障碍的基本病机,故治疗糖尿病认知功能障碍强调“化浊为先”,以清化血浊为基本治则,从醒神、调气、化痰、活血、补髓等方面展开治疗。王新陆教授精通药理,善用药对,擅长应用援药以增强药势,从血浊理论出发,结合临床实践,灵活治疗糖尿病认知功能障碍。This paper introduced Wang Xinlu’s experience in treating diabetic cognitive dysfunction by clearing blood turbidity.Professor Wang Xinlu believes that blood turbidity is easy to disrupt the clearing of the body,block the qi mechanism,cause blood stasis,and lead to the deficiency and loss of viscera qi.Therefore,blood turbidity is the basic pathogenesis of diabetic cognitive dysfunction.The treatment of diabetic cognitive dysfunction emphasizes“clearing turbidity first”,and takes clearing blood turbidity as the basic treatment principle,including awakening the spirit,regulating qi,eliminating phlegm,activating blood and replenishing the marrow.Professor Wang Xinlu is proficient in pharmacology,good at drug use,and good at the application of adjuvant drugs to enhance drug potential,based on the theory of blood turbidification combined with clinical practice flexible treatment of diabetic cognitive dysfunction.
