摘　　要：内热针疗法是在针刺疗法基础上发展而来,并充分借鉴了现代医学理论的一种医疗技术。20世纪70年代,宣蛰人教授经苦心钻研,将传统针刺技术——陆氏银质针疗法与软组织外科学相结合形成了银质针疗法,并在随后几十年里深入研究其相关病理病机,并不断改良针具和加热方式,最终形成了现在广泛应用于临床的内热针疗法。遂宁市中心医院应用传承自宣教授的内热针疗法,在临床中不断探索,不断改良麻醉方式,并提出了肌肉缩短理论,进一步丰富了其理论基础及临床研究。Internal heat acupuncture therapy is developed on the basis of acupuncture therapy,and it is a medical technique that based on the theory of modern medicine.In the 1970s,Xuan Zheren combined traditional acupuncture techniques—Lu’s silver needle therapy with soft tissue surgery to form silver needle therapy hardly.He delved into the underlying etiology and pathology in the following decades,and constantly improved the needle and heating method.In the end,he formed the internal heat needle therapy,which is now widely used in clinical practice.In our hospital,heat acupuncture therapy has also been inherited from Professor Xuan.In clinical practice,we continue to explore and improve the anesthesia method,and put forward the theory of muscle shortening,which further enriched its theoretical basis and clinical research.
