养阴清肺解毒方联合靶向药物治疗阴虚热毒型非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察运用养阴清肺解毒方联合靶向药物治疗阴虚热毒型非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床效果。方法180例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合养阴清肺解毒方内服治疗。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清T细胞亚群水平、血清肿瘤标志物水平。结果观察组患者临床治疗总效率为55.56%(50/90),高于对照组的27.78%(25/90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清T细胞亚群水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者各项血清肿瘤标志物水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养阴清肺解毒方联合靶向药物治疗阴虚热毒型NSCLC的效果确切,患者耐受性佳。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nourishing yin,clearing lung and detoxifying prescription combined with targeted drugs in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer of yin deficiency and heat toxin type.Methods A total of 180 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with nourishing yin,clearing lung and detoxifying prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the level of serum T cell subsets and the level of serum tumor markers before and after treatment were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 55.56%(50/90),which was higher than that of control group(27.78%,25/90),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum T cell subsets in 2 groups was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between 2 groups(P>0.05).The levels of various serum tumor markers in 2 groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nourishing yin,clearing lung and detoxifying prescription combined with targeted drugs in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer of yin deficiency and heat toxin type has definite curative effect,mild adverse reactions and good tolerance.
