养血清脑中药颗粒治疗偏头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的对养血清脑中药颗粒治疗偏头痛的临床效果及血流动力学改变进行评价。方法126例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组基础上予养血清脑中药颗粒,两组均连续服药2周。观察疼痛发作次数及疼痛消失时间,使用经颅多普勒彩超(TCD)检测大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)及基底动脉(BA)的血流速度。结果治疗组头痛消失时间随每次发作而缩短,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组颅内动脉平均血流速度明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组颅内动脉平均血流速度与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养血清脑中药颗粒能缩短疼痛消失时间、改善脑血流的供给,为临床治疗提供了依据。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and hemodynamic changes of Yangxue Qingnao granule in the treatment of migraine.Methods A total of 126 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.The treatment group was given Yangxue Qingnao granule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given continuous medication for 2 weeks.The frequency of pain attack and the time of pain disappearance were observed.The blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and basilar artery(BA)were measured by transcranial Doppler ultrasonography(TCD).Results The disappearance time of headache in the treatment group was shortened with each attack,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean intracranial arterial blood flow velocity in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in average intracranial arterial blood flow velocity between control group and before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao granule can reduce the number of pain attacks,shorten the time of pain disappearance,improve the supply of cerebral blood flow,and provide a basis for the treatment of migraine.
