摘　　要：目的探究分析穴位贴敷联合低频脉冲电疗防治产后尿潴留的实际成效。方法选择2021年12月—2022年12月新余市妇幼保健院收治的产后尿潴留患者60例,分为观察组(采用穴位贴敷联合低频脉冲电疗)、对照组(单用低频脉冲电疗),各30例。比较两组排尿时间、排尿通畅率、临床疗效及排尿方式。结果治疗后,观察组排尿时间短于对照组;排尿通畅率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的66.67%(20/30)(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的66.67%(20/30)(P<0.05)。观察组自行排尿率为80.00%(24/30),高于对照组的46.67%(14/30),且诱导和导尿排尿率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对产妇实施穴位贴敷联合低频脉冲电疗防治产后尿潴留,可提升其排尿通畅率,缩短排尿时间,使自行排尿者居多,临床疗效提升。Objective To explore and analyze the practical effects of the combination of acupoint application and low frequency pulse electrotherapy on postpartum urinary retention.Methods From December 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with postpartum urinary retention treated in Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were divided into the observation group(treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with low frequency pulse electrotherapy)and the control group(treated with low frequency pulse electrotherapy alone),with 30 cases in each group.The urination time,urination patency rate,efficacy,and urination mode between the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The duration of urination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the patency rate of urination was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that in the control group(66.67%,20/30)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that in the control group(66.67%,20/30)(P<0.05).The spontaneous urination rate of the observation group was 80.00%(24/30),which was higher than that of the control group(46.67%,14/30),and the induction and catheterization rates were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint application and low frequency pulse electrotherapy for postpartum urinary retention puerpera can improve the patency rate of urination,shorten the urination time,and the majority of their urinate by themselves,improving the clinical efficacy.
