四子散热敷联合耳穴压豆治疗膝关节置换术后疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察膝关节置换术后疼痛应用四子散热敷联合耳穴压豆干预的效果。方法选取60例膝关节置换术后患者的临床资料,随机分为单独耳穴压豆干预组(对照组)和四子散热敷联合耳穴压豆干预组(试验组),各30例,统计分析两组临床疗效、膝关节疼痛程度及功能、膝关节主动及被动活动度、干预满意度。结果试验组患者的美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS评分)高于对照组(P<0.05),视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率93.33%(28/30)高于对照组的63.33%(19/30)(x^(2)=7.954,P<0.05)。试验组患者的膝关节主动及被动活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05),干预总满意度96.67%(29/30)高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(x^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论膝关节置换术后疼痛应用四子散热敷联合耳穴压豆干预较单独耳穴压豆干预效果好。Objective To observe the effect of Sizi powder hot compress combined with auricular point pressing bean on pain intervention after knee joint replacement.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with knee joint replacement were selected,and 60 patients were randomly divided into the single auricular acupoint pressing bean group(control group)and the Sizis powder hot compress combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean group(experimental group),with 30 cases in each.The clinical efficacy,knee joint pain and function,active and passive range of motion of knee joint,and intervention satisfaction were statistically analyzed.Results The HSS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(63.33%,19/30)(x^(2)=7.954,P<0.05).The active and passive range of motion of the knee joint in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of intervention was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group(x^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Sizi powder hot compress combined with auricular point pressing bean intervention is better than that of single auricular point pressing bean intervention in pain after knee joint replacement.
