温针灸治疗产后尿潴留临床观察

摘　　要：目的对产后尿潴留患者实施温针灸治疗,探究该方法的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2022年10月南昌市第一医院收治的产后尿潴留患者70例作为研究对象,展开前瞻性分析,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以温针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、排尿相关指标及治疗前后生活质量评估量表(QOL)评分。结果观察组临床总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组首次排尿时间、尿胀感消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),首次排尿量、平均尿流速均优于对照组(P<0.05),膀胱残余尿量低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者QOL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对产后尿潴留患者实施温针灸治疗,可以有效改善其排尿情况,提高临床效果及其生活质量水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion on patients with postpartum retention and its influence on quality of life.Methods From October 2019 to October 2022,70 patients with postpartum urinary retention in The First Hospital of Nanchang were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases).The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group received warming needle moxibustion based on the control group.Clinical efficacy,urination-related indexes and Quality of life(QOL)before and after treatment were compared in each group.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than that of control group(77.14%,27/35)(P<0.05).After treatment,the first urination time and the disappearance time of the sense of distention in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the first urination volume and average urine flow rate were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the residual urine volume of the bladder was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).QOL scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion can effectively improve the urination of patients with postpartum urinary retention,improve the therapeutic effect,and improve the quality of life.
